Cancellation Policy Changes or cancellations to orders should be made within 24 hours. Beyond this period, adjustments may not be feasible as your order will have already proceeded to the processing stage. Cancellations within the 24-hour window will result in a refund processed within 7 business days.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee We believe in the transformative power of our products at GYMPLANKTON. We encourage you to fully utilize them for at least 14 days to experience their benefits. If you find yourself unsatisfied, you're welcome to return them within the 30-day guarantee window. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, contact our support team via our Contact Us page or directly at  support@gymplankton.com. Please include your Order Number, or the Name and E-Mail Address used for the order, to help us expedite your request.

Damaged Items Our products are carefully packaged to withstand shipping; however, should you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 72 hours of receipt. Report damage by emailing support@gymplankton.com with clear damage photos. We'll assess and respond with solutions for replacement when applicable. Note, we do not cover damage from normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery While we aim for prompt delivery, GYMPLANKTON isn't responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen shipping events. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. GYMPLANKTON is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping details at checkout. If an error is made and not reported within 24 hours, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
